Wart of Cortex is what the original should have been. And Warped is just an amazing game if you ask me :D. The Donkey Kong Country 2 / Super Mario Bros 3 of the Crash bandicoot series
...sure you aren't confusing Wrath of Cortex with Cortex Strikes Back?
Crash Bandicoot (PS1, ok)
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back (PS1, awesome)
Crash Bandioot: Warped (PS1, great)
Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex (PS2, mediocre)

Were you stuck with a Nintendo 64 while everyone else was playing Crash Bandicoot and Final Fantasy VII?
I just grew up on Nintendo with the NES then moved on to Sega with the Genesis. Stuck with Nintendo and Sega since then.

If you haven't tried the Playstation brand yet, I'd buy a PS2 (they're like $40 these days) and get a few of the cheap classics for PS1 and 2. You may discover you've been missing out on a lot.

I was just thinking about how happy I would be if Q Entertainment brought Rez and Child of Eden to the PS Vita.

I'd probably throw a party. And I do not even drink.

Even Finest Hour, Big Red One, and 3?

I pressure myself to beat games I don't enjoy so I don't feel like my money was wasted.

So instead of wasting your money you waste your time.

Why did you ask about these three specifically? Are they known for being bad or something? I did say "all of them". But I guess I should have said "All of them except COD: Roads to Victory".

I really loved Medal of Honor: Frontline back then and I would play it over and over again until the COD series was born. When I first heard about "Frontline" I kind of wrote it off as a Medal of Honor clone, but after playing it I liked it better than MOH. After that I gravitated towards the COD series and never really went back to MOH after "Rising Sun". That Stalingrad opening just made me forget about the Normandy opening in "MOH Frontline".

I have never played the PC version of any COD game, but I want to play the PC version of "Big Red One" since a lot of people have told me that it is much better than the PS2 version, which is the one I own (and enjoyed). I'll probably never get around to it. I was content with the PS2 version.

3 was great. It was the first 'Western' game I bought for my PS3 back when it was released. I haven't played any other version other than the PS3 version, but I imagine the PS3/360 version is better than the Wii, PS2 and oXBOX versions.
