There's a Buffy book? I'm all over that! Though an Angel & Faith book would be so much better. That series is soooo much better, and yet can't match Buffy's sales

Anyone snag anything good while they were out?

I got a couple Angel & Faiths, and a few older Angel, Buffy, Hack/Slash back issues I was missing. Also managed to pick up all three of my most-wanted free books (Buffy, Sonic, Mega Man) plus a few others .

I didn't even know there was a free Star Wars/Serenity book until I saw the last one, at both shops in my area, grabbed up. Already ordered it off eBay... I hate myself sometimes.

My comic book shop limits the number of books you can get to one of each book, with a total limit of 5 (probably because its the only comic shop around for miles and the owner is trying to be fair.) I circumvent this every year by bringing my mom (  ), so that way I can end up with a couple more.

By the time I got there there was not a Buffy for 52 comic to be seen (Damn! ), but I did get the following:

Mouse Guard: Labyrinth and Other Stories (It's hardback and has a Labyrinth story in it. I couldn't resist.)
Spider Man
Avengers
2000 AD
Sonic
Mega Man :D
Witchblade
Star Wars / Serenity
Adventure Time / Peanuts
and mom wanted My Favorite Martian

Plus, I caught myself up on Batwoman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, and Detective Comics while I was there. I was really behind on some of them

I was in town but I ultimately didn't end up bothering. I would have felt guilty grabbing free comics with no intention to buy anything anyways.

I picked up the Adventure Time/Peanuts book at my store. They had a few others, but they didn't look very interesting.

There was a 10 book limit at my store and no buddies to divvy up with.

I snagged:
Incredible Rockhead & Zinc Alloy (Because it looks new and creative)
Finding Gossamyr
Mega Man
Sonic
Avengers
The Guild (don't care about Buffy :3)
Bongo Free-for-All (the cover is great)
Spider-Man
Atomic Robo
Transformers

And I cleaned out my box, had some Adventure Time and Super Dinosaur there.

I need to go back before May is over, they're having a franchise wide 50-70% sale. There were D&D Expansions for $16! Absolute books for $50. And back issues were 50% off if over $5, if under, 50 cents.

They're having the sale online too: tfaw.com
