My girlfriend recently got an N64. she didn't like mario 64, and she's on the fence with OoT. She likes majoras mask, and cute games, frantic puzzles, along with rpg-like games. She also digs survival horror. I got her This:

Paper Mario would be an excellent choice. Cute and very solid gameplay wise. Only problem is that it's one of the more pricey N64 games.
