Snow? Not much green? That sucks. The cherry trees (yes there's 3) in my yard are almost in full bloom. Reminds me me of tenchu when the wind blows and the petals are falling. It's still sort of cold some nights but yea I'm hoping summer shows up soon. Those days it was 80 got my hopes up to high I think.

What kind of detailing did you do? Wash/wax/vacuum? I would like to know how those detail companies remove all of the dust from the crevices of the car/dashboard. I think they use a brush and vacuum. Any tips on that?

I bought an Asus motherboard & i5 2500K from Microcenter over the weekend. I just need to wait for my RAM to come in before I can put my new system together to replace my 8 year old machine.

Wash, wax, rainproofed the windows. Did tire shine and cleaned my wheels. Vacuumed out the interior. Took some armor-all and q-tips and got all the dust out of the vents/cracks and washed down the interior plastic, shampood the carpets and treated the vinyl seats. It looks great! Unfortunately we live in a neighborhood with tons of trees and in 3 days it will likely have quite a bit of sap all over it. :?

Enjoy! It's so satisfying putting a new build together. Was the i5 on sale or something? I'm still rocking an i7 920 @ (3.8 stable) in my primary desktop - fantastic CPU! I'm in the process of piecing together a gaming rig for one of my younger brothers, and so I'm always on the lookout for heavily clearanced parts...

Yes, it is satisfying. I enjoy putting things together which is why I also like carpentry.

This is my second system that I'll put together. I had previously done an HTPC about a month ago. I wish I could build a new system every week.

The i5 2500K is $179 at the Microcenter store and it's a standard price (loss leader) they have. I also got an Asus motherboard (P8Z68-VLS 1155 ATX) for $50 off ($64 instead of $119) by buying the processor together.

I'm going to skip getting a graphics card for now and just use the integrated GPU. Down the road, I can always upgrade by getting a cheap card.

While at the store, I saw a demo custom gaming PC they had for sale around $900 (or maybe it was $1100). Man that thing was impressive with 4 ATI graphic cards. Wow.

They had a racing game that had really realistic graphics. Amazing.

And the plot thickens. After the last weird message, she put her facebook back up, and sent me a message, claiming it was her brother sending said message. She then followed it up with something directly sexual, and it actually put me off.
That's... extremely fishy.
I'm off on this one. Its too odd. I'm not dealing with anyone else, EVER, on facebook that I have not met in real life. It just causes too many problems.

Cat refusing to take meds.

You put the syringe in her mouth, you press some liquid in it, and she just refuses to swallow. Rubbing the throat, still no swallowing. More drastic, blocking the nose. Should force her to swallow and breathe through her mouth. Somehow she manages to breathe and still keep the liquid in her mouth. She was actually gurgling the liquid. Liquid dripping out on both sides... AARGH !!! Why can't they understand they need this to get better !!! Infuriating stuff !!!

Other cat, 10 seconds, job done... -_-
