Any interesting mods for SimCity 4?

I am going to start playing some SimCity 4 again and I was wondering if anyone has any mods in mind that will make the game feel a bit fresh again. new buildings or whatever. Preferably a collection of mods so I don't have to install them one by one. Thanks in advance :)
