So, peace between the Quarians and the Geth, pretty cool. My effective military strength bar is now fully green. Is it just me, or does ME 3 cut through ME 2 characters like a knife through butter. Mordin, Thane, and now Legion. Nobody from ME 1 has gotten killed off....yet. Legion's death was sad, because I liked him. However, his death scene really wasn't given the same amount of drama as Mordin's. Even Grunt's fake death had more drama and emotion to it. Legion just kind of falls to the ground and then some geth walks by and says, "By the way, he's dead." I enjoyed hearing Edi's thoughts during this whole story and especially her thoughts on Legion after his passing.

Cool to FINALLY hear a reaper speak, though what he had to say wasn't all that interesting. It was still nice though to be reminded that reapers think and speak and aren't just mindless, killing machines, which is how the game has portrayed them up until this point.

I really like Admiral Koris, the only sane member of the Admiralty board. He's my favorite Quarian, aside from Tali of course. I like that the story fully put the blame on the Quarians for the Quarian/Geth war. I developed a strong dislike for the Quarians going all the way back to ME 1 for initiating the war on the Geth, and then refusing to admit that all of their problems were of their own making. Perhaps the way the story played out was a reflection of my own thoughts, as my Shepherd called out the Quarians for their stupidity at every chance he got, and always defended the actions of the Geth.

So I'm on Thessia now and I brought Javik along. Oh what fun this will be, since Liara and him get along so well

same here. The quarians just seemed a bit racist towards the geth and at times border line stupid. For example after leagion disarms the dreadnought why do they open fire. Legion basically gave them a free ship. Did you punch the admiral afterwords? I did.

I did the first time on impulse, then I reloaded. I still chewed him out and got renegade points, but I refrained from punching him just to show a bit of class and restraint.

I don't understand why being angry with him (whether you punch him or not) gives you renegade points. I mean his actions were renegade and my paragon Shepherd didn't agree with him. Sometimes I really don't understand the alignment system. If I agreed with him, I'd be supporting his renegade point of view. Weird.

So I finished Thessia, and got renegade points for no apparent reason. I don't care though, the alignment system really doesn't mean much. It feels more and more gimmicky the more I play.

Kai Leng, such a lameass character

Please go back to whatever cliche ridden japanese rpg spawned you please. You don't belong in Mass Effect

Really cool seeing Javik give Liara the truth on Asari history. Overall, Thessia wasn't all that amazing of a mission, but I guess that's to be expected. Since this is the one where Shepherd fails. It felt a built like Palaven all over again though, a bit redundant. The Priority Tuchanka mission is still my favorite so far. That whole Tuchanka storyline was awesome and still the best arc of the game so far. I want Wrex and Grunt on my squad damnit!

I can't wait to read this thread, killing me. I'm getting close to the end of ME2 and then on to ME3.

I agree, I think, Wrex, Garrius, and grunt are the best team mates. Then again I just want a Krogan on my team period damnit.DLC maybe. Though I was surprised they sent you on a mission where you fail, guess it makes Shepard seem more human?
I still do not get why grunt is not on your team after the rachni mission. If you save the queen(if you do not you have no sole) his team is dead anyways.

Yeah, it was pretty amazing, especially the biotic barrier part. I don't want to spoil anything for Stark, but another favorite moment of mine from ME 2 involves Joker.

"Shit, shit, shit."

"What...the...shit?!"

Seth Green is awesome. The Mass Effect series may have the best voice cast and character models of all time

It wouldn't shock me. Joker essentially looks like Seth to begin with.
