Shadowrun was a totally different game on the SNES and was good in it's own way. I preferred the Genesis version but ultimately they were both good and completely different from one another.

Um, I have to say it, and I don't think it will surprise anyone: Firepower 2000.

Thats a damn fun shooter.

Also, Space Megaforce/Super Aleste, Axelay, Bio Metal, Aero Fighters/Sonic Wings, Macross: Scrambled Valkyrie.

The SNES has some fine shooters that never saw a port/release on another console. It doesn't quite hold up to the Genesis, but those games are damn fine nonetheless.

TMNT IV: Turtles in Time is one of the best co-op games I've ever played for any system, and (unless you count the XBLA/PSN remake) is only on SNES.

Also, I know it's first party, but Super Mario RPG is simply outstanding.

Sort of... except that Hyperstone Heist on the on the Genesis is basically a different version of that same game.

Oh, it is? I never played Hyperstone Heist, and the totally unrelated name made me think they were different games. lol, oops.
