How many calories do you consume in a day?

for my bmi, 2350 cals will allow me to lose a pound every 2 weeks.

before i kept track i would eat like 5000 calories about half the time. no where near healthy.

That said, in previous years, I consumed 1600-2400 a day and burned about 3000. Nowadays with life being sporadic and jobless, I estimate I maybe reach 1500, but probably burn that much (or less) as well.

i probably eat around 3k a day which was cool when i was super active but now it just makes me fatter since i have been a lazy bastard the last 6 months. I need to lose a few.

Too many. No real idea, but I'd say 2500+ pretty often. I'm chubby, and would do something about it, but I have no motivation and get extremely bored exercising. Asthma kills me on aerobics, so I stick to lifting, which really doesn't show up even though I've gotten much stronger.
