Magazines!!

Post by RCBH928 »

I was walking in a super market and I passed by the Magazines aisle , believe it or not a place i have not been in a very long time. I was very interested.

I was wondering what good magazines out there worth reading. Everything seems to be moved on the internet, instead of monthly info, its daily, and instead of being tied to pictures for media now you have video+sound on the internet. With stuff like tablets, printed magazines are having a very hard time surviving.

Anyway, I decided to buy a magazine but since they are selling them here for like $10 a copy I thought i would take advice on what magazine should I pick to read?
Anything not dry and serious like the Economist.

Gamemaster, Mac Life, News week....which you think puts real content not stuff like on IGN

They both have websites:

www.finehomebuilding.com
www.cooksillustrated.com

If you enjoy fine writing, you might want to consider "The New Yorker".
