What RPG are you playing right now?

Super NES version of the first Shin Megami Tensei game. So far so good.

Going to *try* to stick with only a couple RPGs at the same time, and not start any new ones until I finish these..

Shining Force III - Saturn
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky - PSP
EDIT- adding Tales of the Abyss: 3DS (I bought this and need to give it more of a chance than the 3 - 4 hours i've put in.)

After I finish one of those, I have a few other games to get back to in my backlog of started but unfinished games..

Beat Costume Quest yesterday, then started on the DLC "Grubbins on Ice".

Still playing Shin Megami Tensei, but also started:

* FF1, via FF Origins on PSP
* Earthbound

I've been playing a little Ys: The Oath in Felghana. So far, I love the combat (what little there is in the opening), and the art style is nice and nostalgic since I haven't played a game like this in awhile.

Mostly, I just keep working my way through The Witcher 2, which may replace Persona 4 as my favorite RPG.

You can see some of my screen grabs here. I think I've finally got the settings where I like them. I realized I had some of the details turned down unnecessarily, plus I decided I didn't like the bloom effects and turned them off.

Couldn't resist picking up SMT: Devil Survivor 2 for the DS, so now I'm playing that.. At least until it kicks my ass.

It's pretty good about that, though so far no fights as bullshit as Beldr.

Playing Tales of Graces f on hard mode. First time playing a Tales of game so I don't know if hard mode was a good choice. But so far it has been pretty smooth sailing.. I assume some of the bosses will get pretty frustrating later.

Nice! Tales of the Abyss on the 3DS ended up getting better the more I played it, and I like it quite a bit now. I still wish it wasn't such a plain port though.

Glad to hear that Devil Survivor 2 is possibly less impossible than the first :p

Glad Abyss is pretty good. I don't mind it being a plain port because I never played the original. My copy shall be here this week.

I may give Devil Survivor 2 a play through eventually, but I already have too many RPGs on tap...

Cool. I will say I eventually ended up turning off 3D completely with Abyss. Just looked way better to me without.. I would be interested in your thoughts after you play it a while.
