Here are the reasons for leaving negative feeback:
I received an unplayable disc
I received a broken disc
I have NOT received the product
I received a wrong product (i.e. I requested a different product than the one I received)
The product I received is a pirated or illegal copy
This is Neutral:
I requested a "Full Package", but received only a "Disc + Manual"
I requested a "Full Package" or "Disc + Manual", but received a "Disc Only"
Insufficient postage
I'm thinking that the "Full Package", but received only a "Disc + Manual" neutral feeback is correct.
Now if I give neutral feeback do I keep the game or do I have to send it back?

Those might be the dumbest rules ever for reviewing sellers.
Forget that place.

yeah it sounds like it's neatral and you keep the game. And also, stop using Goozex. That's what I did and I'm much happier that way.

I got 350 more points and 3 tokens. Once they are gone they are gone. It is kinda nice to randomly get an email saying that a game I want is on its way though.

The feedback situation described above is correct. The focus at Goozex is getting playable games, and the idea is that most users put games back into the system after finishing them. Neutral is the proper feedback as long as the game is playable, and if you don't like the condition then trading the game back out shouldn't be hard. (There are currently 3 active requests for Disc Only condition - which makes it that much more puzzling why the trader didn't list their game correctly.)

That said, it's terrible when a trader intentionally lies about the condition of his trades to get matched faster. Out of the 89 games I've received through Goozex, I don't recall having this happen personally - most traders are adult gamers who act reasonably and responsibly even though mistakes can and do happen.

It's worth mentioning that a neutral feedback drops his rating (-10 points) and that many people do read the comments left with neutral/negatives. Be specific and fair when leaving your feedback and it will affect his future trading on the site.

As for using (or abandoning) Goozex, well... that's a personal decision. I'm still getting and sending games there. It's typically very slow but is also EXTREMELY low maintenance and very affordable if you use the system to your advantage.

If people have "better" alternatives, I'm game to hear about where/why you prefer to trade.

Thanks everyone. I gave him neutral feedback stating that it was not complete. His response was that he didn't realized and accidentally clicked full package. I don't expect collector quality games from random trades, but I do expect what is advertised.

Aaron has some helpful advice in there.
I have read and posted in that thread. I have had many great trades (109 to be exact) and usually when I have a question like this I can find the answer in their forums, but those are not currently working. For this I'm stumped since I know that usually the condition of the game (dirty case, water damaged manual, etc) doesn't warrant negative feeback if the game works and the item was complete.
You'll want to leave a neutral. It sucks and I've had this happen to me once. The nice thing is that even at disc only if you decided to trade this back out it likely wouldn't take long to do so and you can get back in line for a complete copy (yeah I know it takes awhile). I've been using Goozex for a few years and while Noise did get the bum deal it's actually a fairly decent trading site good for getting rid of the bad (good conditioned) games you can't get rid of on here. I would recommend getting in touch with the sender first though and see what they have to say. They may decide to cancel or work something out to not take the neutral.

Edit - Sorry, I didn't read far enough to see you'd completed the transaction.
