Goozex help

Post by SpaceBooger »

I just received House of the Dead for the Wii. I requested full package and got a black Gamestop case and their reproduction printout insert. So do I give neutral "disc and manual only" feedback since the case in nowhere close to the original?

So no I shouldn't leave neutral? Negative is only if it doesn't work.

You've done the obvious stuff already - contacted trader, etc?

I didn't think I should for neutral, what can he/she do? I'll keep the game, I just don't like the fact that he/she offered it as a "Full Package" when it clearly wasn't.
Noise where are you... you have read Goozex rules more than most of us and their forums are not working for me to search there.

If you ordered something and it was suppose to come in the original case I'd say getting it in a cheap replacement one is grounds for negative feedback

But yeah probably only if you've contacted them and their answer is that you are S.O.L. Or that is was clearly defined as such and you paid what would be considered used but with all contents retail.

I think I will send him the following message:
I got the game today and the disc is in real nice condition, but the case is not the original case or insert. I am torn in regards to leaving feedback since, if I am interpreting Goozex's rules correctly, to be considered full package everything must be original not a gamestop printout. By any chance do you have the original insert and case or insert?
I also emailed Goozex and asked them... but they probably wont reply until Monday.

Have you read through this thread of noise's goozex experience?

Aaron has some helpful advice in there.

I have read and posted in that thread. I have had many great trades (109 to be exact) and usually when I have a question like this I can find the answer in their forums, but those are not currently working. For this I'm stumped since I know that usually the condition of the game (dirty case, water damaged manual, etc) doesn't warrant negative feeback if the game works and the item was complete.

But it is not complete.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
