We probably don't have a thread like this because there is no need. Go to User Control Panel, on the left menu click Profile, then fill in your IM screen names and click Submit.

Yeah I know, I just made this because it doesn't support all IM services.

Well it's up to them who they add. I tried using the IRC chat but from my experience no one is ever on.

We moved the chat to the GameSurge server. The chat you linked to (and shown at the top) is deader than dead.
