It's a retro gaming site i went on there for a bit and it seems like a mess, a lot of immature flame wars it feels like a teen forum. And the articles are just rehashed stuff everyone knows. But the fourms really rubbed me the wrong way, had a real who the fuck are you and what the fuck do you want feel to them. Maybe it's just me but a pretty suck tastic website.

Old thread, but it's interesting to hear what other sites think of us. Especially when they put it as immaturely as that.

After reading the whole thread, it kinda seems like maybe the OP wanted it locked because well, nobody agreed with him and maybe he came to the realization that he's just a douche.

From Digitpress forums, on the topic of Racketboy:

I did laugh out loud when the first response from a RB forum member was:

"I'm a member and like the site racketboy is a great guy and alot of the members are to that said its not what it used to be and is not my favorite site"

Way to represent.

But major props to Dish. People who had both positive and negative things to say about RB (some comments which I actually agree with 100%) certainly had good things to say about the podcast.

Put me in the category of someone who would like to see a clean start one of these days on the forums. I could care less about post counts, "status" and that stuff. With, what, over a half dozen moderators surely someone has a good idea how to consolidate some of the categories and thread subjects. It would be nice to see an archive, but start fresh from time to time.

Perhaps you guys do perform a sweep every once in a while that I am unaware of.
