Presidential Address, March 6th 2012

Post by Luke »

Should be underway in less than two minutes.

If this is some bullshit excuse to cock block Super Tuesday and not address Iran, I'm not voting this year.

I'm serious. The fucked up thing is we will get dragged into a war when Israel decides to strike again. I think it's bullshit. Maybe we should actually try to get a Palestinian state and stop defending Israels fucked up politics.

Nuclear weapons concern me, and they always will. I call this being "smart".

From what I've read they just want to nuke Israel. The thing is though if Iran gets nukes every country in the region will consider the no nuke treaty (can't remember the name for the life of me) null and void and will want nukes over their own for defense. A few countries have already said this so it becomes less and less about Iran and more about not wanting everyone in the region to have nukes.

Because as long as they don't nuke the US it's ok.

Not my point. I don't like Israel because of how they treat Palestine. From what I understand that is why Iran wants to nuke Israel. I just find it ironic since that would ruin Palestine. Honestly Iran has stated that they want to negotiate this out so the sanctions have been working. Why should Obama be set for war? The sanctions need time.

Sometimes I wish I could just send everyone in the Middle East to their rooms to think their behavior over. If they would only be happy with their current borders and let everyone follow the religion of their choice without harassment, there would be no problem.
