As the title says, I'm looking for an RFGeneration style website for collecting comic books. I've gotten very spoiled by how easy to use RFG is, and I'm looking to get into comic book collecting, and I need a good way to keep track of my collection!
On a similar note, is there a VGPC style price-lookup site specifically for comics? I've seen that there's a lot of printed price guides and whatnot, but I'm looking for a good, free, easy to use one, that's up to date.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Who all here collects comics?

I think this site can do that. Not sure personally but I think I've stumbled onto it before.
I don't really consider myself a comic collector. I have a handful of trades of stuff I really like, but other than that yeah.

I can definitely vouch for the site. I've been a longtime user. Best comic collecting software and buying and selling market out there, easily. I can easily and cheaply find both new and back issues on the website, and keep track of my collection with the software. You don't need the software to buy comics there, either.AppleQueso wrote:http://www.comiccollectorlive.com/

There is one catch, the software is $29.95 a year. That payment allows your software to continually update with new issues as they come out. You can download a free version, which will update for one month, but then will no longer update after your 30 days is up. Other than the updates, it's still fully functional after your 30 days is up, however. I find the $30 once a year is well worth it for me, since I'm a big comic collector and it makes things infinitely easier.
It also covers graphic novels, comic cards, statues, and action figures, too.

Re: RFGeneration-type site for comic books?
Thanks for the replies! I actually ended up stumbling onto comicbookdb.com, which seems to be about exactly what I was looking for. However that comiccollectorlive.com seems to have value assessments as well. Looks like I'll have to see if I can move over to it!
It looks like their software is windows-only though, which kind of sucks. Perhaps there's a mac alternative? I'll have to look around.
