Post by the King »

I think this is going to solve a big problem for us (and our peers) in how we raise our children in this era of uncertainty and tumult:

IV, V, VI, then if they want to see more we will go into the prequels, but only after the Tartakovsky Clone Wars.

IV, V, VI with the original Ewok song and where Solo shoots first. Nothing else allowed in this house. :x

Also, original Anakin played by Sebastian Shaw. None of this crap:

I've heard the 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 6 order before, though personally I'd rather track down copies of either the originals on VHS/Laserdisc/DVD/whatever or Harmy's despecialized editions and skip the prequels altogether.

Read the blog/article. He suggests mixing the viewing of the prequels after episode V (and eliminating one all together actually).

I did, I still dont suggest watching the prequels until after you watch the original series.

I feel the same way, watch in the order they were released in the theater. No love for Ewok Adventure? :D

I'm sold, I like the Machete Order. If I ever have the opportunity to show some one the Star Wars movies that have never seen them before, this is the order I will be showing them in!
