HELP! PC-ENGINE PRO DUO RX WONT POWER ON!

I finally had time to get this unit set up. I bought it NEW in the box which is why Im so confused as to why it wont worked. Not to mention pissed and disappointed!

I plugged it in flip the switch and ........nothing. not a disc boot attempt a crackle..nothing. no LED light either. Any help would be appreciated!

Holy crap. Im a dumbass. There is a RUN button on this type of controller. I oushed it and it came to life. I burst a vein in my head but at least im playing Dracula X now. WOW. That almost ruined my day.!!

You should have a bios screen though when you turn it on before you press run. It says "press run" in fact. If you put a hu card in it'll boot the hu card up instead of the bios.
