A couple of very nice finds at Gamestop. The best part is both under five dollar games are CIB! The direct online suggestions to Gamestop Corporate is working, a few of my local Gamestops no longer toss out PS2 cases. There were actually quite a few CIB PS2 games that were less then five bucks.
PS2 Fur Fighters - $2.69 Gamestop
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/fur-f ... enge/15781
I already have this game on the Dreamcast. A different type of "FPS" played as 3rd person. On the PS2 the Right Analog Stick handles the look mode while the Left Analog Stick covers movement just like any FPS. In addition, it has a "Dreamcast Quake" mode type of controls, the four face buttons can be used to move. However, instead of the Analog stick used for look, the DPad handles the look around. This allows a modded Duel Arcade Stick to work! One Arcade stick to move and the other to look, a very different use for anyone who loves Twin Stick games like Robotron.
Of note there is a World Trade Center level. At least this game did not get pulled like the Dreamcast game Propellar arena.
PS2 King Of Fighters Maximum Impact - $3.59 Gamestop
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/king- ... pact/28944
Some do not like the upgrade of Streetfighter graphics and 3D on the PS1 Streetfighter EX, but I do. The same thought process went thru me when I found out Maximum Impact upped this Neo Geo game. I have never been a fan of the pixelated graphics of the Neo Geo Fight games, this upgrade with side stepping capability really makes me appreciate what I put off playing.

Nice score, especially on Final Fight 2 and Snowboards Kids 2, those can go for $40+ depending where you look...foxhound1022 wrote:Went to a local this n' that store and got
