Looking for an HDMI box with various inputs

Ok, let me explain what I want to accomplish:

I'd like a box that I can plug into the HDMI port of my LED monitor. I'd like to be able to switch between the following inputs:

1. HDMI (PS3)
2. component (PSP)
3. component or S-Video (PS2)

Now I'm not a super videophile... I really just want something that gets the job done. Price-wise, I'd really like it if it were under $100. I know such beasts exist (there was the Intec G5239 for instance), though they seem to be hard to find amid the thousands of various AV boxes/receivers/selectors that exist out there.

Hmm, I'm not sure if just a simple switch for those even exists, I think what you want would need an upscaler (for the S-Video at least), so you may be looking at a full AV receiver, which would just about hit your $100 mark I believe.

If you have a VGA input, it may be easier to hook up the component to that through some adapter, since they're both analog it should be cheaper/easier, though I haven't actually tried that, so I really don't know.

I got a s-video to HDMI box I would sell you.

To be honest, I am not sure they are worth it. Still shots look much better than composite on a HDTV, but the scaling is wonky. Like if I use it while playing a shmup on the Saturn you can notice oddities. It's most obvious when you look a something like your score. It shouldn't be moving, but with the converter box it is all wavy while the screen is scrolling

The color and sharpness is much much better, but in the end it's still not worth it because of the issues I mentioned above. At least in my opinion.

I don't think you'll be able to get a budget friendly solution to this because you're looking to get your analog data (PSP and PS2 component connections) to go to your digital HDMI port. Like Lokkenjawnz said, it is much easier if you have a VGA port (which your TV probably does) and get a component to vga box.

Or you can go to RadioShack or the like and purchase RCA Y-adapters and have both your PSP and PS2 connected to one component source on your TV.
