Racketboy is the most involved gaming community ever

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Yes. Love Racketboy.

Not only is it an awesome community, but also an excellent resource. And not just for the articles either. I love that if anyone has a question, there always seems to be someone with an answer:

Help me name this game?
Need a scan of an insert.
I like *blank*, could someone perhaps make a couple more selections?
What the hell is this?

It's a knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful community. That's why I keep coming back.

I love this place as well. It's a wealth of information, and the community is just fantastic. A bunch of gamers who like to game, regardless of whether the games are new, old, cool, or not.

Between here and hilarious sites like dorkly, I don't feel out of place. I'm glad to know that many of you are just as avid gamers as I am! Not only that but it seems like everyone here is very active on the forums. I dropped a few sites because of the lack of users or the quality of users. (not naming names) I especially hate when some site decided to let some kids become mods and they got to screw around learning the phpbb commands.....

The Something Awful, Penny Arcade and Assembler forums would disagree.

Quantity vs quality. I would say the percentage of Racket Folk involved in content creation, mods, and gaming blogs is higher than in any of those other communities.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I don't quite remember how I stumbled into here, but it's been great. So much information, a community that is (for the most part) respectful and cool, and just overall a huge influence in my retro gaming habits. Although I haven't been able to contribute at all, sorry about that. :(

Approx. Infinitely times better than GameFAQs. (Though I can't help but split my time equally between the two, probably because GameFAQs is very simple and easier to navigate)
