full size neo geo 4 slot, i am stuck in some kind of test mode. i can get to all my screens but then what? dip switches are in in o mode on i/u screen. blinking numbers toward the lower right of i/u screen. el led 1, led 2. numbers blinking coordinate with credits. seems like marque icons are blinking in succession with numbers, 1,2,3,4 etc. above on marque. what do i need to set dip switches to? dinner gift card to whoever can get this working for me, i have a buyer for unit set up if i can get it working.

phew, you´ll need to post this at neogeo.com or arcadeotaku and provide a picture and a better description. Is that the only thing it does? You powerd it up and it says:
work ram test
?
Anyway, might be switch combination that does not work well like it is in test mode or something, but that is unlikely. It might be a short on your harness somewhere. HEck, it can be alot of things. Do other pcb´s work?
HAs the neo 4slot worked before and is now suddenly acting up?
Try to put in the game in another slot. I had a 2slot. I heard the 6 and 4 slots can be a bit untrustworthy. Sorry I couldn´t be of more help.

Flip all the dipswitches and then turn it on. It might show crosshatch, it might show a code. Pray it doesnt go into a click/reboot cycle - thats the B240 error and is damn near unfixable.
