Yeah, that's great when children are around which is pretty much guaranteed unless it is 3 in the morning.
Generally though, it is 3 in the morning. Its not a dudebro thing, its complicated to explain. It came from a fight we saw in a wafflehouse at 4 o'clock in the morning in far west Texas. Generally, we do our stuff in the early morning. We tend not to see eachother any other time of the day. However, we don't pull this shit it front of kids. I guess I should have mentioned that.

I'd pay a 10% bonus to go to kid free theaters, Wal-Marts, and restaurants.

I remember reading about a restaurant was wasn't allowing kids. It was a while back and I can't find the article now though. Of course bars are child free, but then you get other kinds of screaming.

I'll unashamedly second that.

Me too. Some days, it's just better not to come into contact with the next generation.

Does the Alamo Drafthouse allow children? I could be thinking of somewhere else.

I wouldn't want to take a kid to the Alamo Drafthouse anyways.

It would really be a shame to deprive the well behaved kids from a grown-up treat just because of all their poorly-behaved peers. I think restaurants should adopt the same policy for kids that the Alamo Drafthouse has for cell phones. Bring them if you want, but if they make noise, GTFO.

Really, there's little in life that's more awesome than polite dinner conversation with a clever 10 year old. But I guess a lot of that is due to its rarity.
