I don't know. How bright or saturated do colors look on the fat telly? It may help narrow this down further.

Like I was saying... NTSC and PAL SNES RGB cables are not constructed the same. An NTSC SNES RGB cable has capacitors inside on the red/green/blue lines. Instead of resistors the PAL SNES RGB cable does.

So yes there are four main types of RGB cable for SNES:
Euro SCART for PAL consoles
Euro SCART for NTSC consoles
Japan SCART for PAL consoles
Japan SCART for NTSC consoles

But the latter two you can just disregard. (unless daring enough to actually import a whole TV from Japan!)

I own the second type. Since I'm using an American SNES, with Europe wired converters.

I'm pretty sure the colors are perfect on the fat telly.

Hm....so what cable should I buy so it works?

Try looking for a European seller who advertises RGB compatibility with NTSC consoles.

You probably know how rarely used SCART cables are, here in the states. :D

Is the SNES an NTSC one? Because ZeroAX is located in Greece. Wouldn't it be PAL?

Well he says it's a Super Famicom. If true STOP and unplug that power supply NOW to be safe. The official Nintendo UK power supply outputs AC. Super Famicom needs DC!!
