It's kinda like '42' except better.

Well, isn't it 41? 131 in base 5 would be 41.
4 would be 4.
10 would be 5.
40 + 4 = 44, which would be (4 * 5) + 4, or 24
100 would be 25
30 + 1 = 31, which would be (3 * 5) + 1, or 16
100 + 31 = 131, which would be 25 + 16, or 41.
