Did the iron-on process in a Design Graphics class when I was in Year 12. I still have this shirt but then again, I've only ever worn it once. They don't seem like they would last that long.

If you want anything of quality, you're still probably looking in the $20 price range for one shirt, and then economies of scale kicks in.

But say if you want to make a shirt for only a few wears with words on it, stop by your local craft store. I'm making a "I'm Champin" t-shirt for my superbowl party, and by the 4th quarter I bet the letters will already start to peel off.

Do you really want to make it yourself? Or do just have a design you'd like on a shirt? For the latter, try cafepress.com or redbubble. Ive bought my own designs from cafepress, and bought someone elses on redbubble and the quality is very giod on both. Unless your planning on going into the biz, it's gonna be cheaper to get a one off from thise guys.

Also, if you think you have a good design you could submit it to one of the teemagnet.com sites. If it's good youll get one for free and theyll sell it for a day.

There are two stores near me that do nothing except put pictures on t-shirts. I'm sure if you looked in the phone book or online, you could find a store like that near you.
