Nintendo World Cup/Super Spike V'Ball question

I'm trying to get all the 4 player compatible NES games in complete form. When searching on Ebay for Nintendo World Cup and Super Spike V'Ball I get them in their complete form but I also see combo carts that include both games. There is no complete version with a box and manual for the combo version. Were these a pack-in game at some point. Is that why I'm not seeing completes?
