This song/video reminds me of a mash-up of aphex twin and the prodigy if directed by Chris Cunningham. I can only stand a limited time of listening to dubstep before I feel like I'm starting to lose my mind, but skrillex I can listen to for at least 20 minutes straight.

The OG version is my faves. I dance to this every morning like Nathan Barnatt took over me. 5 minutes of dancing to this = 1 hour of cardio. No wonder nate is so ripped.

I had not seen that yet. It was kind of fun. I'm not a big fan of Skrillex though. I feel opposite of you about Skrillex. His brand of dubstep is bombastic and entertaining in snack-size doses, but too sugary for a full meal. He has about as much subtlety as a Ron Jeremy movie. The dude has definitely made his mark on the scene though and garnered a ton of fans. I'm just more of a fan of the mid-2000's years of dubstep: Boxcutter, Vex'D, Burial, Kode 9 + Spaceape, and those sort of people.

Speaking of a Chris Cunningham influence, Skrillex's other video is almost a complete rip of Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy":
