The only thing that really irks me about them is that unlike (Sega in the 90s) and some other developers, they're much more into franchising than creating new and fresh experiences.

I've never been like that. Everywhere I've lived, there have been more (sometimes overwhelmingly more) girls than boys, so if I had ever pulled the whole cooties thing, I'd have been lonely.
