I remember liking it better than Top Gun as a kid. As an adult: Top Gun is a good movie (with some 80s cheese), Iron Eagle sucks ass.

IRON EAGLE is awesome. How can you not like a movie where a Plane races against a Motorcycle and it remains a close race? It's so awful I absolutely love it. TOP GUN is closer to soft core gay porn, but I will admit it has a much better (cheesier) soundtrack.
