I never did one second of exercise to lose any weight. Take in less calories = weight loss, period.ZenErik wrote:I am 5'9", 145 pounds. Been roughly the same height and weight for about 10 years now. I am content. Could be more fit, but I do not work out.. Lazy I suppose.
I drink water and tea and not much else. That's just what I like. No strict diet. Just eat and drink what I like.

Just remember that beer is high in calories, per your discussions in the drinking thread.jvalentine98 wrote:I never did one second of exercise to lose any weight. Take in less calories = weight loss, period.

I'm 5'4" and like 112 pounds. I'm ok with my weight, but sometimes I wish I was taller for some reason.

It's weird, beer doesn't really give me the munchies, but when I would drink vodka all the time, at times I would become a food destruction machine.jvalentine98 wrote:But it never makes me get the munchies.
