* Outrun score and remaining time fixed
* Hang On remaining distance fixed
* Bubble Bobble is working now
* VSynch support added
* Frame rate depends on console country (PAL/NTSC)
* ROM selection wraps around
* Compatibility increased ?

I think vbt also wrote a gameboy emulator for the Saturn awhile back as well.

Dagolar started to work on emulation on the saturn many years ago here :
