You're asking gamers about their marital status?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahaha...
I'm too young to be married and hope that I never do get married.

Re: what's your marital status?
Been together with my husband for seven years, been married for two and half.
Marriage definitely has benefits. For example, while we were still just engaged, my partner got laid off. We eloped that weekend so he could be covered by my health insurance. My company forbade adding him to my plan otherwise.
I'm also keen on having full visitation rights if one of us should ever, goodness forbid, end up in the ER.

Still single. Only slightly toxic.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Good luck Hobie. That can be a tough slog but I'm pulling for you.Hobie-wan wrote:I am currently a solitary human unit. If I can just get a certain girl to stop being so shy since it is obvious even to others that we like each other when hanging out in a group.
As for me, I've been divorced since July but slowly starting to date again.

Thanks. Noise was egging me on earlier too. I ended up sending her a text which turned into many back and forth. Guess that ended up being a lack of pressure and seemed to help.jmbarnes101 wrote:Good luck Hobie. That can be a tough slog but I'm pulling for you.

Anyway, I'm single. I have a feeling that will change soon though. Just a feeling I have had for a couple months now, like a gut feeling that someone nice is on the way. I used to scoff at the idea of marriage, being a Married with Children fan probably didn't help with that
I think marriage can be the most beautiful thing in the world if you really find someone you know you are happy being around in the long term and you wait until you're ready. It can also be hell on earth from what I've seen and heard if you rush into it and don't marry the right person. I'm shooting for the former

Re: what's your marital status?
Married 7 years, we'll be together for 12 this Thursday, and we will be proud parents this July!
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!
