Pick a theme for this years charity podcast yet?YoshiEgg25 wrote:Oh my gosh that is so awesome.Flake wrote:Smile: Finally got around to opening the package Dave sent me. He told me last year he would make a 'limited edition' physical copy of the charity podcast I bid on. It took awhile (busy schedules on both ends and all) but it was definitely worth the wait.
And he even sent a case with intact hinges. What a guy!

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Oh, and a LE hard copy wasn't part of this year's auction Yoshi, sorry.

I immediately unplugged, disassembled, and had an emergency clean. I think it will be ok, but I'm letting it dry until tomorrow. If I messed it up, I have 2 tan ones aside from the 3 I have for sale, I'll just swap the black case and keys over if I have to.elmagicochrisg wrote:The old one with the clicky oldschool microswitch buttons?...Hobie-wan wrote:Just tripped and spilled coffee in my keyboard. Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
Ticked: Received a company wide email stating every employee will be drug tested today. They've never done this before, which leads me to believe that lay offs are coming, and since we are a hire/fire at will state, this will be an easy way to trim the fat.
Smile: Seeing as I don't do drugs (but am around them) I have nothing to worry about. Well, I am worried about possible layoffs and a friend and co-worker once said to me "Hey, it's 420 somewhere" so he could possibly get the axe. I don't remember signing anything considering random drug tests, but I'm sure people who refuse will be let go.
I haven't peed in a cup in forever. I can't grab a cup in my left hand, and ol' righty is my wiener holding hand, and I can't remember how I did it last time. If the nurse is cute (she never is) I could ask for, um, assistance. I'll probably lay the cup on the floor and see how good my aim is.
