Bought new studio monitors, no headphone jacks. halpp

I recently bought a pair of KRK RP6 G2s, and like most monitors, they have no headphone jacks. I'm using a stereo break-out cable to connect them to my PC, so I have no mixer/central unit of any kind. Is there a cheap solution to this dilemma? The dilemma being, I have no way to quickly switch between speakers and headphones without fiddling behind my PC to unplug them.

If the headphone is 3.5mm then this is most probably what you need:

That's RCA and doesn't look like something that'll let me to connect both at the same time. I should've clarified that I'm using a balanced TRS cable (1/8" stereo to dual mono 1/4" TRS). XLR or TRS solutions would be preferable, but honestly, don't think I'll need to replace my break-out cable, I need to introduce something ahead of it in the chain.

Ideally, a switch that doesn't introduce noise would be the best bet. 3.5mm input with two 3.5mm outputs and a switch to determine which is active - I just haven't seen such a thing...
