Okay, this is really getting on my nerves; the music seems to be cutting out in every single battle in this game, now! I haven't heard the victory music in hours! What is wrong with this disc?!

Haha I know! You re sold the ogre battle I sold you after a week lol. It is a different kind of strategy, but very unique. I played it first, so there is some nostalgic fond memories associated with it. I don't know which game I have beat more, shining force 2 or ogre battle...noiseredux wrote:I don't like Ogre Battle as much as Tactics Ogre.

LOL. That was more because I was desperate for $ at the time. I didn't hate the game. I'd get it again actually. But yes, I far prefer TO.Jmustang1968 wrote:Haha I know! Re: What RPG are you playing right now?
Ok so I saved and went ahead and explored the gambling cheater guy quest in Mass Effect. Since I'm playing good I didn't want to do something bad and there wasn't really any indication I would be able to do the right thing before choosing to proceed with that quest. Glad it allowed me to do the right thing eventually, was just misleading that I'd only be able to be bad at first.

Unless you are opposed, you could burn Tuxthewise's version and play with that disc instead. It might solve your issues. If you can reproduce with his version, it might be some odd DC issue.lisalover1 wrote:Okay, this is really getting on my nerves; the music seems to be cutting out in every single battle in this game, now! Just a thought.

I think I'll do that; it may fix the issue.spiritplx wrote:Unless you are opposed, you could burn Tuxthewise's version and play with that disc instead. It might solve your issues. Started Mass Effect on the 6th. Just finished it in just over 2 weeks. Was a fun ride and picked up ME2 conveniently on sale today. Not sure if I want to dive right in or if I should space it out a bit.

I'd dive in. Story is nice and fresh. Then you will have a good 2 month break until 3Hobie-wan wrote:Started Mass Effect on the 6th. Just finished it in just over 2 weeks.
