Frown: I'm trying to spend some time with Soul Calibur games. I want to learn how to play them and not just button mash. With my new arcade stick (Hori Real Arcade v3) it's feeling a little smooth but I can't seem to find a rhythm.

Smile: Got a date for brunch on Sunday.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Smile: If all goes well, I'm picking up the Dreamcast tomorrow.

Frown: All are sick in this small household.

Just the fact that something like that has a chance of passing is bad enough.

Good actors, filmmakers, game producers and musicians still make a fortune.

I mean, what the fuck is their problem?...

A generation that has grown up with the internet thinks that any product, once digitized, should be free of charge.

Most industries that create products that are easily digitized use archaic business models that do not take into account the development of information technology over the last 15 years.

Combine the two and you have a problem. The answer will be hard to find as neither side seems willing to compromise.

Not trying to be a dick here, but by only quoting half my post you got rid of the point I was trying to make...

They can still live their mundane lives. So why do they have to fuck the little people?...

On top of that, if the end product is good, most fans will buy it anyway.

But if it's not, it gives us a chance to avoid crappy products.

Like not having to buy the BR special box for Battlestar Galactica after they fucked up the end of season 4... lol
