Nice! I wonder if it is free and clear of online authentication? Anyone who buys this, can you disable your PS3 Online before first time inserting the 4 pack? Please post the results here.

When you buy PSN games, you don't have to be online to play them.

When you buy PSN games, you don't have to be online to play them.
The initial first time bootup, maybe the discs might require initial online for copy protection purposes. If it is required, then buying a disc over a download defeats the concept of owning an archive to use many years later. Hopefully the discs are clear of this, then worthwhile to buy over the download.

Doesnt this DRM only relate to steam/PC games, never heard of it on console games as it's much harder to mod a console and copy a console game than it is to download a simple patch for PC games.

I remember hearing a handful of 360 games required you to be online while playing them... but I've never heard of this for anything on PS3. Yes I'm thinking the Steam route. Not for online gameplay just the initial copy protection verification. Should be ok CRT,same goes for others Ive tried Konami Classics vol Castlevania:Sotn works while the xbla dose'nt,Arcade Compilations work,xbla 3 pack Splosion Man,Trials hd etc..CRTGAMER wrote:Nice!
