All the DLC is region locked. The US and EU online servers are shared, not sure about the JP ones.

Thanks for clearing that up. I am unfortunatelt aware of the region locked DLC. Tried to download the US DLC. Did not work with my EU copy.

No, the servers are shared. I'm sure the servers are international (like you said, they pretty much always are), but I know for sure the digital download will be able to play against the UK copy.

It means they will work with each other. But you would need to make an EU account if you bought an EU copy and wanted the DLC.

No NTSC release, but importing the game from Europe via eBay is the same price (or sometimes less). That includes shipping, BTW
