Theres only one more change I want to make before I releases a beta version so you can expect one in the next few days if all goes to plan.
Things never go to plan!

After burning close to 40 disks I think its ready for a beta.

The only question left is what version do people want?

version a ] Crashes now and again and you cant save.
version b ] You can save but it crashes randomly

After thats been decided all I have to do is work out what the best way of distributing it online is (bit torrent, get someone to host it or rapidshare)

No rapidshare. Its terrible. Use Megaupload or pretty much any other host.

Here it is

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3JL9Q92V

When you find a bug send an email to TheyHungerDC{at}googlemail{dot}com and Ill add it to the list of things to fix for the next version.

I decided to disable the saving for now so people didnt get upset when the game crashes every ten minutes.

They hunger was a half life mod on the pc so I used a the dreamcast version of half life as a base and replaced a lot of the files

I have had to use a few of the tools from the Katana sdk but Ive not doen any coding sofar.

Any more progress made on this? Do the DC mouse and keyboard work with this?

Porting single player half life mods is a much better idea than porting mods like counter strike, and They Hunger is one of the best.

The mouse and keyboard are fully supported.

To be honest I've not made much progress since I released the last version.
I takes a lot of time and a lot of blank CDs to get work done on this mod and just now I don't have either.

Well thanks for your work so far... I'm glad there are talented people with similar gaming tastes (old mod on a dead system, fom a game that was never officially released! the Dreamcast owns).
