I am satisfied with the game in general, although the controllers betrayed me a few times and some gripes here and there. A good Zelda game but definitely not a 10 (cough, cough, IGN).
For the good:
It's a new Zelda game! The Moblin design is probably my favorite Moblin in the whole series. Also the new Stalfos looked cool, too. Some cool new characters! My favorites Pipit, Groose, Uncle Bats. Who are your favorites?
The game was very emotional at times, something I haven't experienced in many Zelda games. Did anyone else got a little teary eyed?
Nice dungeon design! I specially like the magic ball that transports stuff into the past. Also, the obligatory water level was not that bad! What are y'all's favorite dungeons?
No damage if you fall off a cliff! Although if you fall in Skyloft it makes you watch that endless cutscene

For the not so good:
I was so disappointed that *SPOILER ALERT* at the end Link didn't get any...reward. Not even a kiss or hold hands or nothings. It was hinted throughout the whole game that there was some sort romantic thing going on, but nada. (Remember Zelda was about to tell Link something important before getting knocked out by that tornado in the beginning)
Also, did the whole game came out as too "Japanese" or too "anime" to anyone else? Like in the charecters mannerisms and even in their "grunts" and stuff. Even Zelda's relationship with Link came to me as too "magical girlfriend." I know the game was made in Japan, but I think that Twilight Princess was a lot less "anime." Did anyone feel the same way? (Don't get me started on Fledge with his "I am too shy and weak dialogue." Who says that anyway?)
I was so happy I was finally going to get the Triforce! I thought "after that I am going to take names and kick ass or whatever." Instead it is used to make some dumm wish! When Ganon got the Triforce he got to make all sorts of cool stuff. Did anyone else think that this was a little anticlimactic?
I know you are supposed to be the hero and all, but unlike past Zelda games, people did not help you because they just couldn't for some reason or another. In Twilight Princess they actually do although in the end. In this game it kind of felt like they were just sitting on their asses. Zelda's father just stood there in his study all game and then took 12 hour baths at every night! Did anyone else feel the same?
I just realized this became a big rant, but believe me I liked the game! It got me entertained for a very long time. Not the best Zelda game out there, but good nonetheless!
