He wants 18 shipped. Or should I just stick to component with Xbox and s-video with ps1. I don't have a ps1 right now.

I wouldn't bother. Those VGA boxes usually convert composite video from your console resulting in washed out blurry and just terrible video quality. Only consoles worth doin VGA are DC and Xbox360. These are the only consoles that truly support VGA.

but if you NEED to, as some of us do, then $18 is a pretty standard price. You won't be missing out on deal of the century or anything. Composite VGA boxes tend to go for $20-$30 regularly.

Maybe its SVideo to VGA. I use a N64 with a SVideo to VGA box for my computer monitor. Its not a perfect pic but not bad either for a convenient close distraction from online blogging.

PSone can also handle RGB Scart.
