My rarest game (as far as I know) is now Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition for PS3, rather than Earthbound.

It didn't "become" rare, the LE was actually limited for once, that's all. It was always rare.dunpeal2064 wrote:Wow, has that become that rare?BoringSupreez wrote:My rarest game (as far as I know) is now Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition for PS3, rather than Earthbound.

Ah, I didn't know they released a LE of that collection, thus my confusion. Pretty cool stuff.BoringSupreez wrote:It didn't "become" rare, the LE was actually limited for once, that's all. Did it come with anything cool or just the usual "DVD/artbook/cool case" deal?

That label is lenticular, not holographic.AppleQueso wrote:Nearly every MM cart is like that. In fact, I'd wager that the holographic version is actually more common than the non-holographic one.Captainvans wrote:Gold cartridge version of Ocarina of Time for N64 signed by Shigeru Miyamoto, also a Majora's Mask with a holographic type of label.
The rarest variant of MM is actually the grey cart "not for resale" version. Damn Majora's Mask is backwards.

It came with a 249-page artbook for the three games included, and an outer cardboard box to hold it all. Nothing past that. But I love MGS's art style too much to pass up an artbook for it.brunoafh wrote:Did it come with anything cool or just the usual "DVD/artbook/cool case" deal?

The grey cart *IS* more rare than the gold cart, but about equally as rare as the non-lenticular gold cartHobie-wan wrote:That label is lenticular, not holographic.AppleQueso wrote:Nearly every MM cart is like that.
