Thanks, what is a fair price for the front and top loading Neo Geo CD unit's. Is it worth the extra cost for the front loader. What are some must have games in your opinion for the system, were there any CD games made after KOF 99? As for the person who said the 3DO is underpowered just check out Need For Speed. Also before anyone says that it is slow it is not, the game is just more sim based then the Saturn and PS1 versions. Also thanks for the advice on the Neo Geo CD. I think I am going to get one, for some reason ever since I sold the AES I have turned into more of a hardware collector then a game collector. I always seem to buy just a few games then move onto the next console and I think you have helped me notice why. I am trying to make up for selling the Neo Geo AES. So I will buy a CD instead, now that I have remembered why I fell in love with the system in the first place, a company that made a game system for a niche market and where happy with that instead of trying to beat Nintendo.

I think I used to sell top-loaders with a few common games and two controllers in the $100 range. With the exchange rate having changed, I would probably charge around $125 now. The only front-loader I ever saw in the wild, I kept for myself and still have it. I did have it up for sale at one point, but no longer. Maybe it would be $50 or so extra for a front loader? I'm not sure. The only reason to get one would be for looks. I don't know of there were any games released after KoF '99, but there couldn't have been many if there were some. Most of those later games are basically unplayable on the NGCD because of the insane load times.



Aaron, I agree that there is a ton of BS software on the 3DO. Most of the real gems are also on the PS1, Saturn and/or PC. I like having one, but it is not a "necessary" console at all.

Thanks, would you ever think of getting back into selling the top-loaders with games and controllers? How much would shipping be to where I live, the reason I ask is that trying to find one in the US seems to be harder, at least on Ebay.
