Wii channels you don't need

I was just wondering what wii channels you really don't need to save memory blocks. There is only soo much memory blocks on the wii and I don't want to waste blocks. Any channels That I really need besides nintendo shop and nintendo channel? Thanks

Do you have an SD card? If you do, just try moving channels to it. If you can't move a channel, that means it's mandatory and can't be deleted/ moved.
Off the top of my head, you need: Disc Channel (obv), photo channel , news, weather and shop channel. The rest are all optional
