I've been playing Gun Frontier on the Saturn.

I think this game is much better than it gets credit for.

Its worth checking out on Taito Legends 2, but the Saturn version looks much nicer with tate mode.

I seem to always forget how much quality shmuppage is on Taito 2.

I think they should have called Taito Legends 2 SHMUP edition. I was FLOORED at the number of them -- about 1/3 of the collection is shmups!

Favorite ones on TL2: Darius Gaiden, Genrikidan, Metal Black & Rayforce (I have PC version)

Woah... I just started playing that two days ago. I'm starting with R-Type I for the original GB. Yet to spend too much time on it, but I've ran into trouble at the snake boss in Stage 2.

I've also been playing Layer Section for the Saturn. Trying to beat it on the hardest difficulty.
