Love the metal rendition of Bloody Tears from Castlevania II & Symphony of the Night, specifically this guy's version which is just amazing:

I'm a big fan of "The Advantage" who covers lots of 8-bit classics. I'd recommend checking them out if you like NES game music covers.

My favorite is Master Porky's theme from Mother 3. Amazing.
