I wonder what native Spanish speakers think of the word "correctamundo". Really it is a stupid mishmash word that makes no sense at all. My guess is their first thought upon hearing the word was "pendejo".

There's nothing weird with "Hasta la vista" other than perhaps it's not used much around here.

She said most people use hasta luego.

Well, they convey different feelings. "Hasta luego" is far more common as it can be directly translated as "See you (later)" while I wouldn't feel as confident doing the same translation to "Hasta la vista".

For example, if you kicked the heroes down to the hole and you never expect them to come over again you will say "Hasta la vista" instead of "Hasta luego". It's like Auf Wiedersehen in that regard.
