Well, as someone whose screen plate is no longer attached to my GB, I can tell you that they never intended for it to have swapable (is that a word?) images. Yes, I did that but I wasn't sure if all the different colors had different model numbers because I got a mixture of all colors. Is the screen built to be able to have the space to slide under it..I've never taken one apart but kinda want to now lol.
I agree with the peanut gallery- it was probably just a generic replacement screen; I wasn't the only one in my circle of friends to have my screen plate fall off.
