Its funny, but it pissed me off too, for obvious reasons.

I loved it when the alarm went off as he veered away from the main corridor. Return to the combat zone!

I liked the vid. Modern day FPS games are absolute garbage. I'll take Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake, Goldeneye, and Perfect Dark over CoD/Halo any day of the week.

I laughed hard at the size of the target reticle. As for the speedrun at the end, I'm actually happy it was put on, as it shows what one used to be able to do with a little skill in these babies. That sort of motion is something you could see back in the day with multiplayer Quake, Half-Life, TFC, UT, etc. I miss my conc/grenade/rocket jumps.

Also, I forget if Quake did it, but what other games like Unreal had the dashing jump ability? You'd double tap in any direction and do a tiny quick little dash to the side, backward or forward. I really loved that.

That was hilarious. Took me back to the days of me skipping out on homework to play Doom.

That video embodies why I don't play 95% of what is coming out today. But then I also quit playing Quake when people got that hardcore at the death match play. Even when I was a gaming addict I couldn't play enough to get that good, or rather I had to stop playing other games I liked to get that good.
